Rent Assist
This is a product to assist owners that want to rent out their own properties to enable them to have more control by leaving it to a letting agency. With this product you will be able to qualify your tenant and run debit orders. We will and can assist with everything you need to rent out your own property and only pay for the services you use.
Product
Tenants Qualification Assist
We assist by doing a credit check on the tenant and provide you with a full report. This will give you peace of mind that the tenant has a good credit record.
Debit Order Assist
This will be the only monthly payable fee in order to run a debit order against the tenant's account to collect the rent on a monthly basis.
Non-Payment Assist
Let us call your tenant and get your rent for you. We will send a few SMS’s and, if needed, a collection letter as the law requires.
Collection Assist
Use our network of suppliers to collect your money with Merlica and/or hand over to attorneys to collect. These suppliers specialize in rent collection and we have a good relationship with them.
Maintenance Assist
We have a network of contractors that we use to handle the maintenance - let us worry about it.
Inspection Assist
Our inspectors have the know-how to inspect independently and provide an objective opinion of the unit with pictures to support the report.
Cleaning Assist
Use our network of contractors that specialize in the cleaning of rental units.
