We at Handy Joe would like to offer our services as handyman specialists to you, a valued client. We specialize in rental units and strive to deliver the best service possible to our clients. We do follow up on our work and guarantee workmanship. All our quotations are free and we have a 72 hour turnaround time. Our dynamic team of home fixers will assist, no job is too big or too small, we will tell you if we can’t help and point you in the right direction.
We do the following
- General repair to unit, even changing a light bulb at a price.
- Installing of security gates, all sizes and shapes.
- Gate motors, why get out to do it?
- Tiling, we can do it!
- Carpeting.
- Painting, you only pick the colour.
- General electrical work. To change a stove plate or fix a light switch is not a problem, but there is electrical work that the professional electrician must do, we will manage the process.
- Plumbing. Fixing a leaking tap or sorting out a geyser is not a problem.
- Cleaning of carpets or washing them is our joy.
- General cleaning of unit, let us clean up after your tenant.
- Inspection of units before new tenants move in, using a proven inspection sheet and giving you a quote to repair it to its original state.
